Kannur Medical College Superspecialty CathlabIt added one more feather in the history of Kannur Medical College Superspecialty Hospital when the highly sophisticated Digital Cathlab was launched in Kannur Medical College Superspecialty Hospital. This is the first ever Digital Cathlab Machine in the North Kerala. Inauguration was on 11th of December 2008 at 10:30 am.

The Cathlab is a wing of the 'Kannur Heart Foundation' of Kannur Medical College Superspecialty Hospital. Kannur Heart Foundation is lead by Dr. Raveendran MD, DNB. (Cardio). Coronary Angiogram, Coronary Angioplasty, ECHO, Tread Mill Test (TMT) will be conducted in the hospital.

The first patient underwent Coronary Angiogram on the day of inauguration. The inauguration of the Cathlab will give Kannur Medical College Superspecialty a new phase in its motto of 'Heal With Compassion'.
